DGFP STOCK STATUS REPORT

Important observations: – The national stock figure includes commodities procured under the ISO for HC & FDMN Project. These commodities are designated for distribution exclusively within the project areas and should not be treated as fully available for the regular national programme. • Due to shortage of contraceptives, recent distribution/consumption has declined significantly. As a result, the current Average Monthly Consumption (AMC) is lower than AMC in a sound stock balance and the calculated Month of Stock (MOS) may overstate the actual stock coverage. Therefore, the expected availability period shown below should be interpreted with caution.

CONDOM – Current national stock is 17.94 million pieces. Based on the reported June 2026 AMC of 0.84 million pieces, the calculated MOS is 21.3 and the stock appears to last up to around early April 2028. However, a portion of 7.7 million pieces of condoms procured under the ISO for HC & FDMN Project, which was received in December 2025, has been reflected in the national stock. These are designated for distribution exclusively within the project areas. Therefore, the actual stock available for the regular national programme is lower than the reported national stock, and the calculated MOS may not represent the actual field requirement.


PILL (Total) - Current national stock of Oral Contraceptive Pill is 7.97 million cycles. Based on the reported June 2026 AMC of 1.39 million cycles, the calculated MOS is 5.7 and the stock appears to last up to around late December 2026. However, this stock includes a portion of 4 million cycles of Oral Pill (3rd Generation) received in February 2026, which were procured under the ISO for HC & FDMN Project and are designated for distribution exclusively within the project areas. Considering the recent decline in AMC due to supply shortage, the expected MOS should be interpreted cautiously.


POP-APON - – Current national stock of POP-APON Pill is 0.539 million cycles. Based on the reported June 2026 AMC of 0.043 million cycles, the calculated MOS is 12.4 and the stock appears to last up to around mid-July 2027. However, a portion of 0.6 million cycles of POP-APON procured under the ISO for HC & FDMN Project and received in October 2025 has been reflected in the national stock. This stock is designated for distribution exclusively within the project areas. Therefore, the reported national stock and MOS should not be considered as fully available national programme stock.


IUD – Current national stock is 8,906 pcs. Based on the reported June 2026 AMC of 3,866 pcs., the calculated MOS is 2.3 and the stock appears to last up to around early September 2026. Since consumption may be affected by supply constraints, this MOS should be used as an indicative figure only.


INJECTABLES – Current national stock is 1.19 million vials. Based on the reported June 2026 AMC of 0.31 million vials, the calculated MOS is 3.8 and the stock appears to last up to around late October 2026. However, this stock includes a portion of 0.9 million vials of Injectables received in October 2025, which were procured under the ISO for HC & FDMN Project and are designated for distribution exclusively within the project areas. Therefore, availability for the regular national programme is lower than the reported national stock.


IMPLANT –Current national stock is 6,415 sets. Based on the reported June 2026 AMC of 21,806 sets, the calculated MOS is only 0.3, indicating that the stock can cover only part of July 2026. Considering the recent decline in AMC due to supply shortage, the expected MOS should be interpreted cautiously.


Note: – Contract has been signed under the Revenue Budget for procurement of 12 million pieces of Condoms and 3.6 million cycles of Oral Pill (3rd Generation). Of these quantities, all 12 million pieces of Condoms and 3.5 million cycles of Oral Pill have already been received. In addition, procurement of 23.3333 million pieces of Condoms under the FY 2025–2026 (Revised) Revenue Budget has been completed, and the quantity is yet to be received. Procurement of 100,000 sets of Implant (01 Stick) is included in the APP as an FY 2024–2025 (Carry Forward) package under the Revenue Budget. However, legal issues regarding the procurement of Implant (01 Stick) are pending in court.
